Frederick Charles "Freddy" Krueger first appeared in the horror movie "A Nightmare on Elm Street" in 1984. Freddy was an undead serial killer who attacked victims through their dreams! This gave writer and director Wes Craven plenty of scope to dream up surreal and terrifying ends for the kids of Elm Street. Add to this Robert Englund's charismatic portrayal of this sadistic monster (who really enjoyed his work) and you have one of the most memorable movie monsters ever created!

This costume is just a striped top and a flat mask, yes I'm sitting here heating the mask seeing if it warms up to fit the face... looks like it does - so that's good. It isn't really thrilling me, but I don't go for the Nightmare on Elm Street thing. Points... this is a licensed costume, there is not much to it, but they are not charging a lot for it. Got to be worth 4 skulls for value!
