Cashing in on a universal fear of death the Grim Reaper is a perfect costume for fright night. I have been told that death is nothing to worry about, the only drawback is that it makes you a little stiff in the morning! Sorry.

As the personification of death the Grim Reaper is sometimes seen in skeleton form, but more often he is seen in a long hooded robe, the hood usually hides his skeletal face, the one pictured has his gaunt skull mask exposed. Death is usually seen carrying a scythe so that he is ready to roam around at midnight harvesting souls! In many depictions of death he also holds an hour glass with the level of sand running low - this symbolizes the fact that time is running low for all of us!
