Leatherface

Leatherface first came to public notoriety in the 1974 movie The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Leatherface is so called because he constructs a mask out of his victim's faces!

Still, Leatherface has passed into folk-law with many people believing his story was based on truth, as a consequence his popularity as a Halloween costume has continue to grow. The costume shown is available from our friends at www.fancydress.com, demand has been so high the studios have produced an officially licensed costume and a chainsaw that plays buzzsaw sounds with a horrid screaming in the background!

Amy's Costume Review

This costume is a polyester shirt with an attached apron and a nasty mask. The mask is not that impressive - for me it needs to be trimmed around the eyes, that would be easy with a pair of sharp scissors as it is soft moulded material. I'd add a lot of fresh blood to make the whole thing more interesting. Sorry Leatherface only 2 and a half for you.
