Often know as the Little People, Leprechauns are legendary folk who occupied Ireland before the arrival of the Celts. There are conflicting ideas about the little people being benign, a little mischievous or even downright dangerous.

One of the legends surrounding these mythical creatures is that they collect a store of treasure and bury it.
