Tomophobia is an irrational fear of surgical operations; Hemophobia, Hemaphobia or Hematophobia are all names for the fear of blood, so looking at this costume it really does rate high on the fear factor (trust me, as a nosocomephobic, tomophobic hater of blood I do understand).
