This dark character is taken from the film and comic books of the same name. This is set in a very dark and sinister version of Great Britain where a totalitarian government has a huge effect on the lives of the post-apocalyptic population. The monotone design of this costume reflects the polarity of the country, apparently aficionados of the comic books complained when for a while colour was added!

This officially licensed costume is from our friends at www.fancydress.com the swishing cape is typical of a super-hero, but this one is darker and more sinister than the majority of the comic-book heroes making this an ideal costume for Halloween.
